This Derby Blouson top is their more traditional side-tie style and a Best Seller. This one is still available in sizes 8 to 22.

S4A’s new Cabana lightweight blouson tankini tops are available in sizes 8, 10 and 14 to 24. Scrolling down its page at S4A and I am seeing it in another chic print and solid black.
The top and bottom, new lingerie strap styles provide adjustable straps and encircling shelf bra with soft molded cup bust support.
The traditional side-tie blouson tankini top has wide, non-adjustable, comfy straps.
S4A has other new blouson tankini top cuts. I am also finding loop strap and strapless, possibly more! Running out of time here…
They also all have excellent reviews and are on sale, naturally.
